About Me
My background is in marketing and communications and program management. I am a mom to two fantastic young men. Like many people, I have had to reinvent myself during times of major transition. How much easier would that have been if I had someone to help me explore my values and perceptions and build new systems that met me where I was. My passion for coaching has grown out of real life experiences where a friend or colleague asked just the right question to have something click in my brain. Being able to provide that experience to someone else is rewarding. The best thing I can hear from a client is “Wow, I’m about to have a full circle moment!”
